My stay was absolutely frustrating. Most of the staff didn’t smile, making the atmosphere feel unwelcoming. the constant power outages, especially while showering in the evening, left me in total darkness several times a day. While the food was average, I have to highlight that Mama Miso was decent, but it did not compensate for the poor overall experience.

Absolutely loved chilling at the pool with a swim-up bar, ja! The brekkie was lekker, with masala dosas that hit the spot. Staff were super welcoming—shout out to the egg man for those perfect fried eggs every morning!

I stayed in a Superior Twin Room for 2 nights. The room was super comfy and had a smart TV plus fast, free wifi. Got a nice surprise with a room upgrade on arrival! The decor was decent, and the bed felt great after a long day out. Only downside was that it felt a bit cramped with all my stuff. I enjoyed the vibe in there!

I had a wonderful 5-night stay in a Superior Twin Room, where the breakfast spread included fresh fruits, a variety of Indian dishes, and eggs cooked to order. The staff went above and beyond, making our experience even more memorable with their attentive service. Each evening, we enjoyed live music that added to the ambiance, and the activities team offered plenty of fun, like cocktail making and towel folding sessions. One area for improvement would be to increase the selection of cocktails available during the all-inclusive package.

wow, had a fab 4 nights at heritage village resort! the staff were super friendly and they always make u feel at home. loved the pool bar where u can chill with cocktails, and the beach is like a 5 min walk which is perfect if ur into secluded spots. also, the food was pretty good, especially the indain dishes and the mango restaurant was delish! the property is kept really nice too, which made the stay comfy.
